Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. We don't ask for a card, so nothing is charged when the trial ends. If you don't choose a plan, your workspace pauses and we keep its data for 30 days.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time by emailing billing@tringy.ai from your account's email address. We confirm within 2 working days.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- You can export your data before and up to 30 days after your access ends.
When we refund
- 7-day guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge on a workspace, we refund that charge in full.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel a yearly plan after the first 7 days but within the first 30 days, we refund the unused full months, minus the discount you received for paying yearly.
- Our mistake: if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Our outage: if Tringy itself is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row, we credit or refund the affected days on request.
- Feature removed: if we remove a major paid feature, you may cancel and get a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
What isn’t refundable
- Monthly plans after the first 7-day guarantee: you won't be charged again, but the current month isn't refunded.
- Partial months after downgrading. A downgrade takes effect from your next billing date.
- WhatsApp conversation fees, which Meta charges to your own WhatsApp Business account, and payment gateway fees charged by Razorpay.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, such as sending spam.
How to ask
Email billing@tringy.ai from your account's email address with your workspace name and the payment date or invoice number. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.
Timelines
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
Refunds to your customers
This policy covers what you pay Tringy. Refunds for orders, deposits or payment links between your business and your own customers are your responsibility, and are made through your Razorpay account under your own policy.
