How Tringy is delivered
- Free trial: your workspace is ready immediately after sign-up at app.tringy.ai.
- Paid plans: your plan is activated within minutes of a successful payment. A GST invoice is emailed to your account address.
- Channel connections: connecting WhatsApp depends on Meta approving your business and phone number, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days and is outside our control. Telegram and Instagram connect within minutes.
No physical goods
We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved. If a paid plan isn't active within 24 hours of payment, write to billing@tringy.ai and we'll fix it or refund you under our Refund Policy.
Orders you deliver to your customers
Orders your business takes through Tringy are delivered by you. Your own shipping and delivery terms apply to your customers.
